Site Fitter

Jack Badger Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Fitter to join our installations team.

‍

We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to think clearly on site — someone who takes real pride in delivering a finished install to the highest standard.

‍

You’ll be working closely with our Installations Manager and fitting team on bespoke joinery projects, ensuring the quality of the install matches the care taken in design and manufacture.

‍

You’ll need to:

• Have strong experience in site fitting / installing bespoke joinery

• Be confident interpreting drawings and adapting them to real-world conditions

• Install to a high standard with excellent attention to detail

• Problem-solve effectively on site without compromising quality

• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and other trades

• Work cleanly, safely, and professionally in client environments

• Take ownership of your work and maintain consistent standards

Bonus: Experience in high-end residential or bespoke joinery installations

This isn’t a trainee role! We are looking for someone already confident on site — someone who can be trusted to deliver quality work, think ahead, and represent the business professionally.
